Public Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer agreement ("Offer") between Alsace Shore Excursions ("we", "our", "us") and any individual or legal entity ("Client", "you") who uses our website or services.
By submitting a request, booking a service, or communicating with us through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer regulates the relationship between Alsace Shore Excursions and the Client regarding the coordination, organization, and management of shore excursions and related services.
1.2. The Offer is considered accepted (legally binding) once the Client: Submits a booking request or contact form via the website;
Sends a written confirmation by email; or Makes any prepayment for the services.
2. Services
2.1. Alsace Shore Excursions provides coordination and management of shore excursions, transfers, tour logistics, and local partnerships for cruise operators and individual travelers.
2.2. The list, duration, and content of services are defined by agreement between both parties in written or electronic form (email confirmation is sufficient).
2.3. All services are rendered in accordance with applicable French and EU laws.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may vary depending on the number of participants, season, and service complexity.
3.2. Payment details, methods, and timelines are provided individually with each confirmed booking or invoice.
3.3. All bank or transaction fees are borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed.
3.4. Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellation or change is subject to our Cancellation Policy (available upon request).
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
4.1. Alsace Shore Excursions undertakes to: Provide services in a professional and timely manner; Ensure reliability and safety during excursions; Cooperate only with licensed guides and transportation providers.
4.2. The Client agrees to: Provide accurate and complete booking information; Respect local laws, schedules, and safety rules during excursions; Cover any costs resulting from incorrect information or last-minute changes.
4.3. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, transportation issues, natural disasters).
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1. The company is not liable for: Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by third parties (cruise lines, transport providers, etc.); Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from non-compliance with instructions or local laws; Technical issues or downtime on the website beyond our control.
5.2. All services are provided "as available" and in accordance with the agreed itinerary.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. Any personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2. The Client grants permission for data processing solely for service coordination, communication, and documentation purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website (text, images, design, logo) are the intellectual property of Alsace Shore Excursions and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Offer and any related agreements are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes shall be settled amicably; if not possible, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Strasbourg, France.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The current version of this Offer is always available on our website and may be updated without prior notice.
9.2. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
